Massage Services

Chair Massage No oils or creams are generally used in Chair massage. The client typically remains with his/her clothing on. General massage is for 15 minutes max. Chair massage is more appropriate for clients that spend lots of their time in a sitting position. This type of massage will increase work performance and will keep workers in good health. 

Deep Tissue Massage Oils and creams are generally used client choice of being partially or totally nude. Deep, focused massage strokes utilizing all or some combination of compression, drainage, friction, vibration, and tappotment are typical. Deep Tissue Massage is recommend for those that are using specific part of their bodies in a repetitive action. 

Functional Stretching With the help of gravity, this work is base on some basic stretching techniques which includes static, passive and active stretches and others using gravity.

Gua Sha Treatments Gua Sha is an East Asian medical healing technique, a flat jade stone and/or a Chinese spoon is used. Gua Sha can be used to treat, alleviate and heal chronic degenerative diseases.

Sports Massage No oils or creams are used in Sport massage. The client typically remains in sport gear. These techniques can be applied before or after sport events, dance, music or theater performances. In general sport massage before events will help to increase the performance or the body/mind of performers/athletes and then relax and/or help them with over stressed muscles after an event. Manipulation of joints, stretches, compressions, vibrations are most common strokes.

Swedish Massage The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles, shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation and stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. It also stimulates the skin and nervous system & soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management.

Thai Massage The client typically remains fully clothed and the massage usually takes place on a mat in floor rather than on a massage table. Thai massage may be best thought of as a form of assisted yoga. The therapist uses his or her hands, feet, elbows, knees and legs to stretch and manipulate the client's body, increasing the clients range of motion and stretching the muscle for more efficient oxygen circulation.

Cupping Traditional Oriental technique using plastic cups in areas of high tension. Is very effective and mostly recomend it for those people using their backs in daily activities.
